The undersigned is an accredited investor by reason of at least one of the following:

1. My net worth (either individually or with my spouse, if any), including home(s), investments and all property and other assets, is in excess of $1,000,000.

2. My individual annual income was in excess of $200,000 in each of the two most recent years, and I expect such income in the current year.

3. My annual income, jointly with my spouse, was in excess of $300,000 in each of the two most recent years, and I expect such income in the current year.

4. I am a Texas resident.  Information will be provided at a consultation regarding suitability.  I understand suitability is based upon yearly income, assets, knowledge, current and future needs as well as current and future liquidity needs.
