The undersigned is an accredited investor by reason of at least one of the following

 

1. My net worth (either individually or with my spouse, if any), including home(s), investments and all property and other assets, is in excess of $1,000,000.

 

2. My individual annual income was in excess of $200,000 in each of the two most recent years, and I expect

such income in the current year.

 

3. My annual income, jointly with my spouse, was in excess of $300,000 in each of the two most recent years,

and I expect such income in the current year.

 

4. I am a Texas resident.  Information will be provided at a consultation regarding suitability.  I understand suitability is based upon yearly income, assets, knowledge, current and future needs as well as current and future liquidity needs.
